Very well maintained motorhome, bought in Florida and has been there each winter. Selling due to the economy. My loss your gain in this buetifull coach on a Freightliner chassis. It has a 350 H.P. catepiller and last year I had all updates done on it at a Cat dealer and had valves adjusted now I get 10 miles per gallon if I don't push it which I don't. it has a 10,000 tow hitch. I changed out the antenna for a digitel one and then changed all 3 TV'S to LCDS including the outside one. it has 3 slide-out trays in the basement. I put in a new DVD surround system thats awesome. it has a combo washer/dryer. twin air conditioners, twin furnaces, central vac, J couch and regular couch that pulls out to a full bed, tons of storage, auto leveling system, carpet and ceramic tile, full queen bed with premium mattress, electric awening, satelite dome with auto finder, new cobra CB with new power stick antenna, convection microwave and gas oven and 3 burner cook top, double sink with sprayer and another filtered drinking spout. Four door refrig/freezer with icemaker. Corien counter tops, Two slide outs. 3 window awnings. Winter package with a heated basement. 100 Gallon fuel tank, 100 gallon fresh water, 80 gallon grey water, 60 gallon gray water all with gauges on panel. 3 automatic rain vents. 7.5 KW Deisel gen. extended warrentee
